Most importantly:

My list of clients and the above skills give only a small glimpse of the work and experience I have acquired over the past 25 years. In short, after college, I taught art, moonlighted as a model and became a managing partner in a successful advertising photography studio.

Along the way I learned how to do everything from dressing models, painting backdrops, loading cameras, bidding jobs, handling clients, powdering the busy CEO's nose, building sets, designing costumes and learning the skills needed to run an office with three full time photographers.

I also worked as an assistant with other food stylists. Early on, I found I had a real aptitude for it and I pursued further education in food styling, no longer working as an assistant. As my "bag of tricks" increased, so did the food styling jobs. They have included food and travel magazines, resturant menus, tv commercials, packaging for food and appliance companies, beverage labels, grocery store chains, cookbook pages, covers and more.

Fifteen years ago, I moved to South Florida and have pursued styling work exclusively. My wardrobe and propping talents have meshed nicely with my food styling experience and have produced a well rounded stylist with many skills.

But lists can’t convey my enthusiasm, creative and resourceful nature, my ability to get along with everyone from the cranky director, stressed photographer, nervous client, tired kid or hungry model. I find this business attracts a certain kind of person. One who thinks outside the box. One who has the desire to become a part of something greater than themselves. One who has the energy to get it done. And above all.....will get the shot.....no matter what!

I love what I do, and I’m good at it!
